I confirm my files are 'Print Ready' as per the above instructions.
We love helping our clients create high-quality trading cards for their team, club, clients, or special projects. To ensure a smooth printing process, please provide your card files in the following format: File Specifications: 1. Each card should be a 2-page PDF, with Page 1 as the front and Page 2 as the back of the card. 2. Card dimensions: 69mm wide x 94mm high. 3. Include a 3mm bleed on all sides. 4. Maintain a 6mm safe zone (3mm bleed + 3mm margin) to ensure no important content is cut off. 5. No need for crop marks—our system applies them automatically.
You can use design tools like Canva or Photoshop to create a two-page PDF file. If you’re unfamiliar with terms like Bleed or Margins, we have helpful YouTube tutorials in Canva and Photoshop to guide you through the process.
File Naming Format: Name your files using the following structure: [Quantity] [Player Name].pdf For example, if you’re ordering 15 cards for John Smith, name your file: 15 John Smith.pdf or 15 John S.pdf
Please compress all your files into a single ZIP file before uploading. You can upload your files using any of the following services: Google Drive (Google account required) OneDrive (Microsoft account required) Dropbox WeTransfer (free and easy to use) Important: If using Google Drive, ensure we can access the file by following these steps: 1. Right-click the file, select "Share" > click "Share" again. 2. Under General Access, change it to “Anyone with the link”. 3. Click "Copy Link" and send it to us.
Before we proceed with full production, we recommend submitting a single sample card for a pre-print check. This allows us to ensure your cards are 'Print ready' when you come time to submit your order.
